Around ninety seconds. The concierge asks for your dates, party size, and budget, returns your best-fit matches, and accepts a deposit to hold your pick. No callbacks required.

What does the deposit cover?

It is a refundable hold while the broker confirms availability and weather. If we cannot deliver the yacht you picked, the deposit returns in full. Once confirmed, it counts toward the charter fee.

Who captains the yacht?

You choose from a roster of USCG licensed captains who are qualified for that specific hull. Captain selection happens after deposit, in writing, alongside the bareboat charter agreement.

What if the weather turns?

Your broker reaches out the morning of, and we reschedule at no charge. Weather rescheduling never costs extra and is not capped to one attempt.

Is this a bareboat charter?

Yes. Every vessel in the fleet is under twelve passengers and chartered under USCG bareboat rules. That keeps the price low and gives you full control over captain and crew selection.

Can I take the yacht to the Bahamas?

For most vessels in the Miami fleet, yes. Bahamas crossings need a longer charter window and a captain rated for offshore. Tell the concierge and she will filter to qualifying yachts only.
